REFUND ON PREMATURE TERMINATION CONTRACT
The provision of refund applies only if a term booking for MORE THAN three months is prematurely terminated with at least a 30-day prior notice. In such a case, refund of payment for the remaining months will be made AFTER adjustment of the discounts that were offered at the time of booking. In other words, no discount will be applicable if a term booking is prematurely terminated.
ACTIVATION
After our acceptance of the valid request along with the full payment by us, your advertisement will be activated within the next 7 working days from the date of our acceptance. All payments are subject to realization.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Service Tax @ 10.30% will be charged extra.
- The client to provide the ad layout & material in specified format.
- The ad material can be animated/non-animated, in jpeg/gif /swf format and the maximum weight of the advertisement should be no more than 500 KB.
- Where universal legal infosolutions is required to make the add, the making charges will be billed as per the work.
- 100% advance payment.
