Allocation - Limited Advertising Space is Available
our objective is to provide a reasonable selection of lawyers and law firms to consumers in each state of India and each legal practice area. Ultimately consumer demand determines how many attorneys will be included in the directory. No exclusivity is explicitly or implicitly implied and availability (allocation) quantities are subject to change at any time.

Prioritization - Search Results Listing Order
Consumers who search the Directory will see your listing within the search results in order, from top down, based on the plan you have selected. select plan

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions in each search result ("Premium Positioning") can be reserved for an additional fee equal to 100%, 50% and 25% of your monthly Advertising Fee. If, for example, you were the first to be listed in a particular category, at any time after, another attorney, willing to pay for any available premium position, will then be listed ahead (above) your listing. If that attorney bought the #3 position, then any attorney who bought the #2 or #1 position would be listed ahead, and so on. After the premium positions, the listings appear in prioritization date order as always.

You will keep your prioritization positioning in the listings as long as you remain an advertiser in good standing, with all fees paid in full on time. If you sell your law practice, the new firm attorney can acquire your priority status.

Product Integrity
We will not allow out-of-area lawyers and law firms to advertise in states where they don't have offices.

We also will not allow attorneys to advertise in legal practise areas they do not qualify for. We will not "give away" categories as an incentive to close sales.

Only complete, well-crafted Profiles, will be published. Those not meeting our high standards will be returned for editing before the application will be approved.

Term Options

Yearly payment will be collected from lawyers and law firms for there entry and if they wont renew their entry then automatically there listing will come down.

Advertising Fee
The fee to advertise is based on " Pricing and Availability ." For month-to-month term advertisers, prices are subject to change at any time and any increases or decreases will begin after notification.

Discounts
Additional for every state: 10% off total for two states, and 20% off total for three or more states.

Additional practice areas: For advertisers with multiple practice areas 10% off total for two categories, and 20% off total for three or more categories.

Additional Attorneys: From the same law firm and working from the same office location. Each attorney must qualify and be accepted individually and will have a separate Profile in the most appropriate legal category. 10% off second attorney, 20% off third and beyond.

Annual Term Agreements: One-year term advertisers receive 5 month of free advertising with 7 months paid in full. Two-year term advertisers receive 9 months of free advertising with 15 months paid in full.

All discounts are cumulative and apply to the original non-discounted total amount. For example, if there are two attorneys and two categories then the total discount is 10% + 10% = 20% off the total original price.

Price Integrity
Our policy is for all customers to pay the same price for the same product. Our sales team are not permitted to offer lower or higher prices than those posted (see " Pricing and Availability ") nor to negotiate beyond the posted terms and discounts. You will not have to worry that another advertiser paid less than you did. Prices may change over time and when they do will affect all month-to-month advertisers equally. Advertisers with annual terms will not be affected by pricing changes within the term of their contract.

Acceptance
The following terms must be met to be accepted into the Directory:

• Availability : There must be a current opening (allocation) available in both the geographic area and legal practice category you request.
• Application : You must provide all requested information including complete biographical information as indicated in the Profile.
• Registration Check : findindianlawyer.co.in checks for a valid registration
• Declaration : Your advertising contract with universal legal infosolutions includes a statement from you accepting that all the information provided by you is true and correct.
• Universal legal infosolutions Pledge : By applying, you agree to the following pledge to clients, which reflects our service standards:
• You will respect clients' efforts to educate them.
• You will use your professional skills to meet clients' objectives.
• You will provide clients with a clear, fair, written agreement that spells out how you will handle their legal matter, and will provide an estimate of the time and cost involved whenever possible.
• You will perform legal work to the best of your ability, regardless of the size or complexity of the legal matter.
• You will communicate regularly with clients.
• You will be loyal to clients and inform them of any possible conflicts of interest.
• You will give clients honest and complete advice and information.
• You will give clients clear, detailed and timely bills.

Payment

All the payments (includes any Subscription Fee, renewal fee or any other fees, charges or other payment) through Cheque /Demand Draft/M.O. will be made in favour of " Universal Legal Infosolutions”, Delhi . You can also pay online by credit card on our site!

Termination
Findindialawyer.co.in reserves the right to terminate your advertisement at any time by providing you with notice and a prorated refund. This could occur if:

Waitlist
for active market areas with sold-out allocations, you may join a waitlist by converting your Application Fee to a Waitlist Fee. The waitlist date will be the date the Application Fee is debited. In waitlist date order, applying attorneys will be contacted when an allocation opens with the first attorney to confirm intention to purchase, be accepted, and pay the Advertising Fee awarded the open slot. Cancellations are allowed with the Waitlist Fee nonrefundable.
